Ingredients for a 400-calorie meal:

  • ilixer Powder (about 4 scoops)
  • Water or Milk-type Substitute (1 pint)

Ingredients for a 200-calorie snack:

  • ilixer Powder (about 2 scoops)
  • Water or Milk-type Substitute (1 cup)


  1. Mix your ilixer powder together with your choice of liquid.
  2. Shake vigorously or blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. *Note: Use more water for thicker ilixer or less water for thinner ilixer.
